Refund policy

Return and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests can only be fulfilled within 24 hours from order confirmation. Please note that any requests submitted after this time frame may not be processed. If we have already shipped your package, unfortunately, order cancellations cannot be accepted. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

To initiate a return, customers can contact us at fatwormclimb@gmail.com, specifying the item details. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Customers are responsible for covering the associated shipping fee, including the return shipping fee. It's important to note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. For international returns, please declare the parcel as 'returned goods' on the customs declaration.


Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect full payment at checkout. You can cancel a pre-order order in [48 hours] after your order confirmation. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned and cancelled after the order confirmation including email confirmation, like CUSTOM chalk bags (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
For exchanges, please reach out to us via email at fatwormclimb@gmail.com. It's important to note that if your package has already been shipped, we regret to inform you that exchanges cannot be accommodated at that time.

 

Refunds
Please be advised that you can only get a refund within 48 hours after your order confirmation.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at fatwormclimb@gmail.com.
