Custom orders typically take 6-8 weeks to process. We will contact you once your custom order is ready to ship.
Can I bring my own plush?
Sorry, we do not accept that. After you tell us your preferred plush or anime, we will try our best to find the cutest plushies options for you.
How much does a custom order cost?
For all custom orders, the price will be between $110CAD-$130CAD depending on the value and the size of the plush. We will provide you with the price details if you decide to place a custom order.
What is the refund and cancellation policy for custom orders?
We do not accept refund for custom orders except for quality reasons. Should you wish to cancel before we order the plush for you, please contact us in 72 hours after your confirm to place a custom order.
