Quality 10/10, the delivery man threw it over my fence and it sat in the garden in the rain for 9 days but they weren’t damaged in the slightest. Customer service was 10/10, didn’t have the one I wanted online saw I reached out and they replied incredibly fast, they let me know when it was available immediately.

I’m loving the bag! I can tell it’s crafted with care and quality. It stays true to the design of the Pokemon. The’ve nailed my favorite pokemon perfectly.
The Chalk bag is extremely high quality and feels extremely comfortable when worn with the strap I would recommend everyone gets one of these.
