Please note that processing time is up to 7 business days and is not included in the shipping timeframe.
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are based on the shipping method selected at checkout:

Domestic Shipping (Canada): 3–14 business days

International Shipping: 1–6 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing
After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking Your Package

We strongly recommend monitoring your shipment using the tracking number provided once your order has been dispatched. Detailed tracking updates may only appear after the package has completed customs clearance, which can take a few business days.

If the shipping carrier confirms delivery or provides a photo as proof, the package is considered successfully delivered to the specified address.
Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping information is complete and accurate when placing your order.

We are unable to modify shipping details once the package has been shipped.

We strongly recommend using a residential address.
Non-residential addresses (offices, schools, lockers, etc.) may have restricted access or delivery hours, which can cause failed deliveries.
If delivery issues occur, the recipient must contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by non-residential delivery limitations.
Third-Party Shipping Carriers

We use third-party shipping carriers for international deliveries. Once your package clears customs, a local shipping carrier will handle the final delivery.

If your package is lost or delayed, you may need to contact the local carrier directly for further assistance.
Loss or Theft

Fatworm is not responsible for any loss or theft of packages if:

The shipping carrier has marked the package as successfully delivered to the address provided.

The recipient does not track the package or fails to retrieve it promptly after delivery.

Please note that uncollected packages may be at risk of theft or misplacement.
- If a shipment cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us or abandoned by customs. If the package is abandoned by customs, no refund will be issued.
- Once your order is with the shipping carrier, delivery times are unfortunately out of our hands. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking info first, then with your local post office, and don’t hesitate to contact me for help.
Reshipping Fees

Please be aware that if the shipping carrier fails to deliver the package due to inability to contact the recipient or due to an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for covering the returning shipment fee and re-shipping fee.
